Established in 2021, What-A-Kerfuffle Ltd is a company that provides standout, unique, meaningful and effective training to people that have contact with the public in their work.
Our aims are simple, we will:

Provide your staff with the skill and knowledge to assess the risk of harm safely, and act collaboratively to reduce or remove it.

Reduce incidence of staff sickness that has resulted from physical and verbal abuse.

Manage dangerous situations in real time, teaching staff how to effectively summon help, and ensure that help is fully briefed and arrives where it is most needed quickly.

Reduce retail related theft by providing staff with the skills and options that will allow them to quickly identify theft. This may allow for the safe recovery of items and for subsequent reduction in monetary loss.
